THREE TYPES OF PRODUCT STATEMENT

Supported is not the same as configured—and configured is not the same as assumed.

Clear product information requires those categories to stay separate. Rango can support a channel or workflow without every account having it activated. A playbook can capture appointment preference without a calendar integration being allowed to promise a time. The difference matters.

01

Supported

Core capabilities Rango is designed to provide, such as structured intake, English and Spanish, and supported voice/messaging channels.

02

Configured

Account-specific behavior: connected channels, published playbook, service catalog, escalation rules, integrations, and operational preferences.

03

Not assumed

Facts Rango should not invent: prices, schedules, regulated advice, diagnoses, business policies, or commitments that are not approved or connected.

CHANNELS

One operating layer across the supported first-contact channels.

The purpose of multichannel support is not merely to place several icons on a dashboard. It is to keep the business logic coherent: the same customer intent should be captured with the relevant playbook context regardless of whether it starts as a call or a message.

VO
VoiceInbound call handling can be activated through forwarding while the business keeps its established number.
SM
SMSText conversations can participate in the same lead/intake workflow rather than becoming a disconnected inbox.
WA
WhatsAppWhatsApp can be connected and handled within the account’s approved routing and playbook configuration.
ME

WHAT A PLAYBOOK DOES

Rango is useful because the conversation has business logic behind it.

01

Recognize intent

Identify why the customer is contacting the business and which intake path is relevant.

02

Capture required context

Ask the industry/account-specific questions needed to move the opportunity forward.

03

Apply approved rules

Use configured urgency, routing, service, and response rules without inventing information beyond them.

04

Surface the next action

Give the team a structured conversation/lead record and a clear action rather than an isolated transcript.

CURRENT COMMERCIAL TERMS

Try the operating experience before choosing a plan.

Rango currently offers Basic at $59 per month, Professional at $97 per month, and Enterprise at $199 per month. The 7-day demo requires no credit card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Production activation is a separate guided step because live channels must be connected and verified correctly.

  • Legal, medical, financial, diagnostic, or other regulated professional advice.
  • Policies, guarantees, commitments, or service areas not defined by the business.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions buyers should ask.

Clear answers are part of a trustworthy evaluation.

Ask us directly
What is Rango?

Rango is a Phase4 Systems product for capturing and organizing customer conversations. It uses industry-specific playbooks to guide intake, qualify opportunities, and surface a next action for the business team.

Which channels does Rango support?

Rango supports voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, and connected social channels. Actual channel availability and activation depend on the account and production setup.

Which languages are included?

English and Spanish are included. The goal is not only translation but applying the same approved intake logic across both languages.

Can a business keep its existing phone number?

Yes. Rango can use call forwarding, so a business can keep the number customers already know and forward calls when it wants Rango coverage.

What does Rango cost?

Current plans are Basic at $59 per month, Professional at $97 per month, and Enterprise at $199 per month. A 7-day demo is available without a credit card.

What does Rango intentionally not do?

Rango should not invent pricing, calendar availability, policies, diagnoses, legal or financial advice, or other facts outside the approved playbook and connected data. Human judgment remains necessary where the business process requires it.
